LMSA Midwest Service Reporting Form
LMSA Midwest will be utilizing the LMSA Service Reporting Form to track the service events (one-time service or longitudinal service) that our chapters are engaged in.
Submissions will be used to
- Track completion of annual chapter service requirements
- Publicize the service of our chapters on social media
- Select Chapter of the Year, honored at our Regional Conference’s Gala.
